Condemnation proceedings wherein property owners Abraham Gershone and Cedar Box and Barrel Company appealed to the district court for Hennepin county from an order of the city council of the city of Minneapolis awarding compensation. Thereafter said council passed a resolution abandoning the proceedings as to said appellants' property, and the court, Rolf Fosseen, Judge, granted the city's motion for dismissal of the appeal and denied appellants' motion for costs.
